While working a swap @ St.30 I did the following:
12-9-6-3
155# clean
Bar facing burpees
50 Dub buy out
You had to be successful w/ all the cleans but had to also do burpees for the missed attempts.
I didn't miss any reps & figure I should have gone a bit heavier. Didn't keep time but moved well.
Finished up w/
5 rnds of
3 squat cleans
3 push press
