@ The ZOO

W/ Leah, Dave & Shae we did the following:

w/ a 45 min cap do
Power snatch-Front Squat-Pullup
10-10-1
9-10-2
8-10-3
....continue w/ that rep scheme till
1-10-10

Me: 21:35

Only the front squats kicked my ass. Snatches were still tough but didn't hurt me as much as those dreadfull squats.
