While visiting Cantor Laurie during our Sea World trip I did the following the morning of our visit to Tha'World:
5 rft of
30 dubs
20 burpees
10 lunge walk (10 steps per leg)
Didn't keep time but moved well. If I missed a dub than I had a single burpee penalty on top of the 20 I had to do. Burpees would be held to only +5 if I had more than 5 dub misses. Good sweat was had & the wet hand prints remained even when we left to goto the park.
