W/ Dave, Burk, Flash, Keller & 'probie' we did the following:
AMRAP 20 mins of
10 single arm snatches, 50# db
10 goblet squats, 50# db
30 situps
run to stop sign & back
Me: 9 -situps
Was a good one. Squats were the only hard part. Snatches were a bit tough as well but pushed through them w/o difficulty. All did very well. 11 muscle ups during 30 day challenge.
