W/ Leah, Dave & Shae did the following:
W/ a 12 min cap do
10 rft of
5 front squats (me- 135)
10 jumpovers (there & back = 1)
Me: 10:03
Squats were tough. Jumpovers were also tough but for the most part a rest from the squats. Feeling a little wrecked from yesterdays double day.
