W/ Dave, Flash & "new guy" did the following:
4 rft
Run 400 meters
5 burpees
5 T2B
5 Pull Ups
10 tire flips
10 wall ball shots
10 G2OH w/ 95#
20 situps
Me: 21:59
Burpees were performed during the run & T2B & Pullups when you passed the bar. All did well. This one was fun & had a tough element to it but no sweat. Can't wait till Iron Curtain.
