W/ Leah, Dave, Morgan & Shae did the following:
AMRAP 15 mins of
5 rings dips
20 weighted situps w/ 45# plate
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
4 rnds w/ 5 ring dips
Used 45# plate & MU'd for rings dips. Couldn't get up to rings on the 3rd & final ring dips attempts. Didn't like this one as the situps became slow & missed MU's.
