W/ Leah, Dave, Shae & Morgan we did the following:
AMRAP 12 min:
5 handstand push-ups
10 pull-ups
15 box jumps
Yellow box w/ 45# plate. First 3 rnds w/ C2B pullups. HSPU onto Abmat.
Me: 5 rnds +2 HSPU
HSPU have not been worked like they used to & I can tell. Need to continue to make this part of my WU.
