@ The ZOO

W/ the morning class I did the following:

AMRAP 10 min:
10 wallballs
10 barbell snatches


25# ball/95# bar

Me: 4 rnds - 9 snatches

This one was tough. My form was sucking & I could feel it in my arms later that day. Work on OLY lift will have to be a priority for next year.
