W/ Leah, Dave, Shae & Morgan we did the following:
4 rds for time with a 12 min cap of
10 OHS with jump rope
20 double-unders
30 SDHP with kettlebell (2 pood)
Me: 9:49
This WOD was made for me. The sumos were the only tough part but othet than that it was quick. I should be able to get it under 8 mins w/ 2 mins a round. Next time!!
