@ Station

W/ Dave watching & yelling @ me I did the following:

30 MU for time w/ 1 squat clean on the min
Count rnds & time to complete 30 reps


18:40 @ 19 rnds

MU got tough as rings go slippery. Squat clean felt the best they ever have. I watched quite a few vid on clean & power clean progression.
