W/ Leah, Dave & Shae did the following:
w/ a 12 min time cap
5 pullups
5 power cleans
20 ballslams
20 lunges w/ ball (10 steps per leg)
Me: 4 rnds + 3 cleans
I was pretty upset after this WOD as this weight got heavy especially after yesterday's WOD. Looking forward to some good rest.
