W/ large PM group @ The ZOO we did the following in honor of Chase's Birthday:
13 min cap do 3 rft of
13 burpee pullups
13 burpee box jumps
13 burpee squat clean & thruster w/ 25# db
Me: 3 rnds - 6 burpee clean/thruster
This was tough. I went for death in this one & got pretty close...to death that is. I like it alot & believe could finish it. I had the top of the White Board & I did getting there. Not sure what was the worst. Everyone was yelling @ me during...it was a blast. Felt like my Lvl 1.
