While on vacation did the following on the beach:

Run up & down dune
10 burpees
Day 4 did:

5 dead arm hang pullups
run 400 meters
20 unloaded pushups
Buy out:
50-40-30-20-10
Squats
Situps
Trip was great. Rest was much needed.
