W/ Dave did the following:
Murph
run 1 mile
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
run 1 mile
Partition up the pull,push,squats anyway.
Me: 54:04
Did it in full gear w/ airpack up till 5th rnd of 'Cindy'. Lost coat @ 10th rnd & did the remainder of WOD w/ bunker pants on. Very tough but worth the effort for a tough warrior.
