While @ The ZOO & everyone there yelling @ me I did the following final Open WOD #6:
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups...
This is a timed workout. Reps will increase by 3 each completed round untill the 7 mins are complete. This WOD only ends when the time is complete.
Me: 3/3-6/6-9/9-12/12-15/1=76 total reps
I wanted to finish the rnd of 15 but could not longer hold onto bar. I realized that I would have finished if it weren't for those missed pullups. Thrusters weren't broken till the 12's. They felt great & Dave said they were the best looking thursters I've ever done. 2012 here I come!!!
