12 min AMRAP of
5 power cleans, 135#/115#
Tire jump in/out
10 situps
Tire jump in/out
Me: 13 -4 situps
Cleans were the only tough part & tire jumps had to be accurate. Dave moved well & was attacking a weakness. M.E. = Max Effort rest as needed between sets.
