@ Station

By myself I did the following:

M.E. Front Squat 5-5-3-3-1-1
145-155-175-185-205-215(f)

Then did:

12 Min AMRAP of
5 squat cleans, 135#
10 bar facing burpee jump overs
20 situps

Me: 6 rnds ?

I'm not 100% sure on the rnds but I might be close. Squat cleans were tough after the M.E.'s. Burpee's as always a fun break.
