W/ Dave judging did the followiing WOD #4:
AMRAP 10 mins of
60 bar facing burpees
30 OHS @ 120#
10 Muscle Ups
You work that triplet till the 10 min time cap is reached.
I achieved burpees & 3 OHS. 120# is my new PR w/ my previous PR being 115#. Again another WOD where a weakness is made evident. It was fun w/ everyone yelling @ me to perform well.
After that WOD I partook in the Daily WOD of:
AMRAP in 10 mins of
5 push press @ 120#
10 box jumps
I didn't keep score as I had just felt that WOD #4 was not enough for a workout as I was unable to fully complete as Rx'd.
