W/ Dave & Burk we did the following:
3 rnds
Run down/up into retention pond w/ sandbag (pace keeper)
One arm snatch 50# db
Goblet squat w/ 50# db
Score based on reps of snatch & squat. You would switch when the guy running w/ sandbag would complete 3 trips. @ the end of each trip the athlete would have to drop & re-clean the bag before running again.
I didn't keep to accurate a score but kept moving. I'm pretty sure I could have gone harder.
