@ Station

Following dinner I did the following:

10 mins of
10 push press of 95# on the min w/ remainder of minute to rest.


Just something quick & easy. I was Jones'n for some WOD action & figured this would be a quick one. Was fairly easy. Want to do this WOD w/ heavier weight so that it takes almost the whole min for those 10 PP's.
