W/ Dave judging did WOD #3:
AMReps & Rounds AP in 5 mins:
165# squat clean
165# push jerk
Round included both the clean & jerk but if you missed the jerk you could power clean it up and go for the jerk to complete the round.
Me: 2 rnds w/ one extra squat clean
Then Dave & I did:
5 rft of
run 400 meters
5 pull ups
10 burpees
Me: 10:41
Dave: 13:46
Dave did well even w/ BooBoo shoulder. This was a fun short little WOD. Can't wait till next week w/ WOD #3!!
