I first did:

3-3-3
Heavy Push-Press
155,160,165

Then w/ Leah we did the following:

AMRAP in 12 mins of:
5 push press (65#/115#)
5 front squats (65#/115#)
15 f2g situps


Leah: ?
Me: 11 rnd -3 squats

Will have to post rnds later. Push presses felt very good. Squats got tough as shoulders were on fire. If we put the bar down the rnd would be scrached. I wanted to put it down so bad but Leah yelled @ me. Leah said she should have gone heavier. Rns will post tomorrow!!!!
