Shoulder press x 5 till I could not complete reps. Then went to Push Press x 5.
SP - 75#,85#,95#,115#,125#(f)
PP - 125#,135#,155#
Emerson did front squats & PR'd @ 110#.
Leah did back squats & PR'd @ 155#.
I cleaned 165# w/o a problem. Recent clean work has payed off.
