W/ February being squat month I started of the first part of day did w/:
21-15-9-3 of front squats
21 @ 95#
15 @ 135#
9 @ 155#
3 @ 165#
Had to clean the weight first before squats. Had to squat clean 165#.
Then in the PM w/ Lt. Burkhart did:
5 rft of
run 400 meters
20 K2E (10 f2g situps)
30 Unloaded pushups (20 pushups)
40 Squats (30 squats)
Me: 29:05
Burk: 29:44 (scaled)
Only pushups got tough. I found myself looking forward to K2E...starting to get a good kip w/ them. ZOO Tommorrow!! TOZZO's BACK!!
