W/ Dave & Keller we did the following:

Buy in 10 g2oh (Dave & I w/ 50# Keller w/ 35#)
3 rft
run w/ db 400 meters w/ 10 g2oh @ every corner (4 corners per lap)
Buy out 10 g2oh w/ db

Dave: 15:45
Keller: 14:21

Keller had a pretty good lead on me @ the begining of the 2nd round due to the coldness my start was a bit slow which was to his advantage. Then & I was able to "turn it on" for the last 1.5 rnds & catch up after I warmed up. I was gaming it a bit when I realized he was doing 5 snatches on one arm & putting it down to switch which was where I would do 10 straight & pass him. Dave did well w/ only one working shoulder.
