Dave, Keller & I did the following:
3 mini WOD's: Each one made by each other w/ only 90secs to explain WOD.
"Keller's RX"
2 rft of
20 k2e
20 PP w/ 55# BB
20 Squats
Then 90 secs later following explanation started
"Blaine's RX"
3 rft last 2 mins per round
Sprint 25 yards negotiating bench & box jump & then back again
10 push-ups w/ hands on DB & chest to floor
Squat the remainder of the 2 mins w/ score based on how many squats
Then 90 secs later following explanation started
"Dave's RX"
AMRepsAP in 8 mins
Using 30#/35# DB throw it over the wall counted as on rep. 3 misses and the WOD ended. Run around wall & retrieve the DB to begin rep.
Kept track of reps & times but erased them as this was more a WOD of surprise & unknown rather than a scorable WOD. Very fun to not know what was comming up next & also fun to make a WOD w/o anyone knowing what it was right up untill it started.
