W/ Dave, Ryan Keller we did the following:
20 min AMRAP of
run 400 meter
10 toes to bar (knees to elbows for Ryan)
10 unloaded pushups
Me: 7 rnd w/ 400 meter & 7 T2B
Dave: 7 rnds
Ryan: ?
Ryans first WOD he did very well. I'm hoping he becomes an addict like I have become. Dave did awesome & I was making chase to lap him which I'm pretty sure made him push harder. I'm glad I can be such a motivational figure.
