Plank hold for 20 secs:
25,35,60,70,85,110,135,160
Then did:
AMRAP 20 min of
5 db snatches @ 50#
5 HSPU
bear crawn length of bay & then back the length of E-32
8 rnd + snatches

Then on the 2nd @ The ZOO -
Leah, Dave, Shae, Colin & I did the following:
rnd 1 - 1:30 min work
20 secs rest
rnd 2 - 1:00 min work
20 secs rest
rnd 3 - 30 secs work
of the following exercises
100# db farmers carry (1 point for every 2 rubber mats crossed)
Sand bag burpee clean & jerk (60# bag)
"Slam Ball" horizontal tosses
GHD Situps
Row (calories)
I can't remember the numbers but I'm sure they are written down @ The ZOO. Colin followed me in every movement & made strong attempts @ beating my by at least one every time....except the ball tosses. HAHA!!
