Handstand hold & 50 k2e buy-out w/ 5 burpee penalty if I let go of the bar. Only 5 burpees!!
Pretty good WOD, liked the mixup of movements w/ one piece of equipment.
During front squats had short break to get dry erase marker & had a walk-up. Keller took the walk-up & only had about a 1 min break.
