Today did the following:
30 muscle ups for time

19:06 last time however I had a short little chat w/ Leah when she came out. I'm sure I could have beat it. Next time @ Station 32 I'll beat it when I get there.

w/ a 1 min clock sprint from stop sign to mailbox (aprox 50 yard)
DL 180# AMRepsAP till 1 min is up
w/ 30 secs run backward back to stop sign & rest till 30 secs expire
Score based on how many deads achieved.
16,15,10,12,13
30 secs to run back was not long enough. There was no rest @ all. I was not fresh enough to sprint each round. I'm sure I would have had better reps if I had a stronger sprint. Still a good homemade WOD.
