Today @ TM did the following:
5 rft of
30 kb swings (1.5pood/1pood)
30 kb swings (1.5pood/1pood)
30 burpeeds, jump over kb
30 f2g situps
Me: 29:25
Leah: 39:56
Was very challenging. I wasn't sure during the WOD if I would be able to finish but I kept just chipping away @ it. Like eating an elephant.

10 dubs
then following short rest did
5 rft of
10 pullups
10 lunges
10 box jumps
10 lunges
no time kept but kept moving during 10 rnds.
