@ home

Yesterday while grillin' chicken' & drinking beer did the following:

Narf (aka. backwards Fran)

9-15-21
HSPU (instead of pull up to bar, push of the ground w/ arms overhead)
95# squat cleans (instead of squat to overhead back to rack, ground to squat to rack)

Didn't do it for time but rather wanted to see how difficult it might be. Was pretty tough but might be a good alt. to normal Fran.
