@ home

Worked on heavies:

Squat Clean: 1rm 155#
Push Press: 1rm 155# PR!!
Dead Lift: 1rm 315# (tried multiple times for 330#)

Needed a small heavy WOD where I could work @ easy pace. I've been pretty sore since Dave's Old'man 50 WOD & was unable to put up big #'s.
