KB Swing, 50 swing (1.5 pood, 1 pood, .5 pood)
Lunge Walk, 50 steps
Thrusters w/ bar, 50 reps (65#/45#/35#)
F2G situps, 50 reps
SDHP w/ 65# bar, 50 reps (65#/45#/35#)
Clean & Burpee w/ 60# sandbag, 50 reps (60#/30#/15# slam ball)
Sarah: 32:54
Me: 37:24
Leah: 42:25
I could tell I didn't eat well during vaca. This WOD helped realize the need for good feed!!
