@ work

Yesterday while @ work did the following:

2 rnds of
5 tire flips
20 kb snatches, 10 each arm
10 pullups

2 rnds of
kb oh toss
25 box jumps

Finished ups w/
100 dubs
5 squat cleans, 135#

Just a mash-up of stuff. The WOD from the day before put a hurtin on me.
