@ home

While @ home did the following:

5 rnds of
Single rep snatch
5 back squats, 135#

Snatch weights were:
65#
75#
80#
95#
100# (didn't fall into squat but got it overhead)

Last 2 rnd were front squats.

Finished up w/ 30 straight pull-ups.
