@ home w/ Leah did the following:

225# dl, 15 reps
3 muscle ups
10 burpees

Leah scalled w/ the following:
105# dl, 15 reps
10 ring rows
10 burpees

24:48

After 1st round had to drop down to 95#. She did very well even though she felt like she couldn't move. The better you get a moving weight the harder it gets. The faster the car the more fuel & rubber it burns.
