50 yard dash w/in the minute & walk back to start line.
Rest remaining time of that minute @ the start line.
Continue rounds until you can't get back to start line w/in that minute.

Leah worked on cleans while I worked on snatches. Leah made 10 strong attempts @ a pull-up. I prob could have gone to 20 but my sprints were more like a fast jog. Also sprints were on an incline.
