@ home

Later in the evening did the following:

1-10-1-20-1-30 Deadlift

Single lift - 295# (it was every plate I had)
10's - 205#
Single lift - 295#
20's - 195#
Single lift - 295#
30'S - 185#

After picking up the boy I tried for a 185# squat clean. Hammies were screaming. Then w/ Emerson played b-ball & would do 10 dubs if he scored a point & he would do 10 push-ups if I scored. I did more dubs because I didn't want to beat up on him. Wanted todo a CF-Games WOD that they did yesterday but I knew that I would not be able todo it.

The WOD was:
7min AMRAP
7 deads @ 315#
sprint across court
14 pistols
21 dubs
sprint back
1 rnd

I could not do the deads or the pistols.
