Leah's first visit @ Crossfit Pinnacle doing their new 'on ramp' classes did the following:
run 200 meters
21-15-9
squat
pushups
ring rows
run 200 meters
12:44
She said the ring row whoopped her a bit but otherwise nailed it. She was perfect in squats..

I did:
AMRAP 9 mins of:
3 HPC w/ 135#
6 pushups
9 toes to bar
6 rnd w/ -4 t2b till rnd 7
T2b whooped core & made HPC's all that much harder. I was not happy w/ effort in cleans as in the past HPC have been my strongest lift. They are almost like KB swings w/ a strong shrug. I seemed to have been missing the hip pop & was too much in condition black to realize the neuro breakdown.
Next time I guess.
