Leah & I did the following @ home late into the night:
Bench Pyramid
Starting @ a low weight rep out
Increase the weight to where all you can do is 1.
Than decrease weight back down to where you started repping out as you go.
Me: 95#, 115#, 135#, 145#
Leah: 65#, 75#, 80#, 95#
Leah did awesome. I felt pretty good. Working on hand & foot placement.
Leah back to CF-P tomorrow for day 2 of on ramp. She did very well yesterday.
