Worked on various movements.
Dubs (as many as I want to get I can get)
Squat cleans (solid movement but shoulder giving me hell)
OHS (shoulder again)
K2E (abs got worked - shoulder again)
Pike poles (heavy!!)
pull up bar games (FUN!!)
Felt good & could have put in a met con but was enjoying more of an active rest day.
Cirque was amazing & it was prob the largest collection of the most talent & fittest people I've ever seen. I want to RUN AWAY W/ THE CIRQUE!!!
