While working w/ Whittler, Frank York & Brad Olmstead we made & did the following WOD:
AMRAP in 12 mins of:
135# clean & jerk, 5 reps
5 burpees
Brad & I started w/ 135# but after 2nd rnd we had to drop it down to 115# & 95# for Brad. Whitler & Frank did it @ 135# the complete WOD.
Me: 6 rnds
Whitler: 7 rnds
Brad: 4 rnds
Frank: 5 rnds
7 days in a row of WODding...tomorrow is w/o a doubt rest day, eventhough I'm having a blast workingout everyday I know rest will do me good.
