AMRAP in 20 mins of
10 kb swings, 1.5 pood
10 pushups
10 jumping squats
Me: 14 +10,10,2
Leah: 8 & a bit into the 9th rnd.
When we got there I didn't want to WOD but when Shea said "Then why are you here?" I realized a WOD is what I needed.
