@ home after a long day working in yard did the following @ the most humid part of the day:
50-40-30-20-10
f2g situps
pushups
squats
17:20
Felt pretty good cept pushups sucked as usual. I was pouring sweat. When I was doing the situps & my arms would swing I would fling sweat into the air & it came down splashing on me. Yummy!!
