then a mash-up of:
thrusters

Leah @ home did:
AMRAP in 12 mins of:
55# C&J, 5 reps
5 burpees
8 rnds
I was not feeling well today. That one day of rest after 7 days of work might not have been enough. Also, my posterior left shoulder is still sore. Gonna check out some online instruction on different shoulder stretches.
