Last night @ station during 12 hrs of OT did the following:
5 rft of
20 wall ball shots, 20# ball
10 tire flips
10 dubs (broken)

Didn't keep time but kept moving. Need to get out there w/ clock just to make sure I'm completing 20 mins (aprox) of work.
