@ station did the following:
run 800 meters
3 rnds
20 box jumps up to picnic table
15 tire flips
10 burpees
run 800 meters
Didn't keep time but kept moving. Had a pin job in 4's zone, we however didn't do any work we just coached St.4's crew during the extrication.
