@ work
From CF-P did the following: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 HSPU 115# Push Jerk/Split Jerk 115# SDHP
Didn't keep time but I worked hard on form & completion of movements. SDHP were tough to go all the way up. HSPU were also pretty tough.
